Tours depart from convenient locations near I-5—as a courtesy, we offer complimentary parking, but it is at your own risk.

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the special needs of our participants. Person requiring individual assistance must be accompanied by a companion who is capable of, and totally responsible for providing the assistance Neither our personnel nor our suppliers may physically lift or assist clients onto transportation vehicles. We regret that we cannot provide individualized needs. If you have special needs, please notify us at the time of making the reservation.
International Travel
You must have a valid U.S. passport for travel to most countries.
Your passport must be valid for 6 months from your scheduled return date of travel.
For Canada a passport or an enhanced driver’s license is required if driving but at passport is required if flying.
Airlines reserve the right to change the fuel surcharge at the time of ticketing.
Country departure/entry taxes may not be included in some cases.
Airline Travel
We will work to get adjacent seats to your travel partner but there is no guarantee.
Full first, middle, and last name, as well as birthdate are now required for ticketing on all airlines.
Freedom Tours NW Inc. is not responsible for airline baggage fees.
Any name changes will incur an airline fee that must be covered by the passenger.
Late bookings may mean an increase in airline prices = increase in guest tour costs.
Travel Policies
We STRONGLY recommend you purchase travel insurance for overnight trips. We recommend “Travel Guard” at 1-800-826-4919.
To meet insurance requirements, you must make a deposit within 7 days of making the reservation. By doing so you can avoid the pre-existing medical condition exclusion. Smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco are not allowed on or near the motor coach. Tour members may be removed from the tour anytime if that person smokes in violation of the tour rules. In that event there will be NO refund. Furthermore, the person removed from the tour is responsible for arranging return transportation, lodging, meals, and other expenses or services. Freedom Tours NW INC will have no responsibility or expense for arranging such service.
Courtesy:
Please refrain from using perfume or scented lotions due to the allergies of some passengers. You must have the ability to carry/pull your own suitcase on overnight trips. On extended trip, please change your seat each day. The front seat is available for one day only, others need to have the chance to sit there too.
Luggage:
Please limit yourself to one bag and one carry-on bag per person and you will be responsible in carrying your own bags to and from hotels, airlines, trains, etc.
Schedule:
During a tour, we will wait 10 minutes for you (if you are late getting back to the bus). If you know you are running late, please call the guide or driver.
If the bus is late we shall call your cell-phone and notify you.
Reservations
Tours 1 or 2 nights require a $100 deposit per person (pp) and final payment is due 60 days before departure.
Tours 3 nights or more require a $200 deposit pp and final payment is due 60 days before departure.
One day tours do not require a deposit, but final payment is due 30 days before departure, unless there is a theater ticket involved, then the payment needs to be made 60 days in advance.
If you book any trip less than 30 days of departure, total payment is due upon booking.
Booking less than 30 days of departure may require an additional fee for increases in airfare and/or hotels.
We accept visa, master card, personal checks or cashier's checks only.

Cancellation Policy: Day Tours
The refund will be at the % noted but if we have bought tickets already, you will receive your refund minus the cost of the ticket.
100% refund if you cancel 60 days before departure of any day trip, with no questions asked
100% refund if Freedom Tours NW Inc. cancels any trip - refund will be made within 4 weeks
75% refund if you cancel 59 - 30 days before a day trip
50% refund if you cancel 29- 14 days before a day trip
25% refund if you cancel 13-7 days before a day trip
NO refund if you cancel less than 7 days before a day trip
Cancellation Policy: Overnight Tours
We highly encourage you to get insurance before any extended trip.
Cruise insurance is included in the cost of some cruises, but this does not include insurance for travel to the cruise or post-cruise.
100% refund if you cancel 90 days before departure on any extended trip, with no questions asked
50% refund if you cancel 89-60 days before any overnight trip
No refund after 59 days but we will work with the insurance company.

Freedom Tour NW Inc. does not assume any responsibility nor shall be liable for any loss, cancellation, costs, delays, accidents, injury, or damage to a person on the property of a client arising from our service or the service of a provider. We maintain the right to cancel, alter, or change any tour or components there of that we deem necessary. We also reserve the right to withdraw a tour at any time at our discretion, at which time the amount paid will be refunded to the customer. Rates are based on current prices and are subject to change up to the departure date of a tour. Freedom Tours Inc. and our partners provide parking as a service only and are not responsible for damage, towing, or theft. Freedom Tours NW Inc. strongly recommends you buy travel insurance at your discretion. We accept no responsibility for actions of the insurance company. We reserve the right to remove any passenger for disruptive behavior or ill health. The passenger will be responsible for charges incurred to return home. Payment of your tour means your acceptance of all company policies.
